Here are some of the people responsible for our success.

Susan Heiser - President, CEO.  
Susan comes to the company with a bachelor’s degree from The University of Akron, a masters degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and is currently completing her work on a Doctorate degree from The University of Akron.  Susan helped found the company and is active in planning our growth and future acquisitions.  She is also involved in sales and marketing. Susan resides in Strongsville, OH with her husband Jim and their three children.

Jim Heiser - Vice President of Operations.  
Jim received a vocational certificate from Cuyahoga Valley Career Center and an associate degree in Graphic Communications from Cuyahoga Community College.  He worked for 14 years at a leading commercial printer in Cleveland before leaving them to pursue his goal of running a complete garment graphics company.  While at his former employer he worked as an estimator, customer service representative, scheduler, and production manager.  He was responsible for scheduling production for a three-shift operation, supervising the customer service department and ensuring projects delivered on time.

Bill Bartilson - Production Manager.
Bill started at Bullseye over 13 years ago. In addition to his responsibilities as production manager he also handles all in house IT responsiblities.  Bill attended The University of Akron and spent 7 years with an industry leading telemarketing company processing time sensitive materials for major clients throughout the United States.  Bill resides in Fairlawn, Ohio with his wife Kelly and their two young sons.

Rachael Rieke - Graphic Designer.  
Rachael started at Bullseye in January 2009.  She graduated from Polaris Career Center in Interactive multimedia. She is currently attending Tri-C for Visual Communications and Design.  Her responsibilities are handling all custom design requirements, customer identity programs, film imaging and advertising for our company.  In addition to her design responsibilities she helps our Direct to Garment printing department . Rachael resides in Fairview Park, OH.

Debbie Bode - Bookkeeper.  
Debbie joined the Bullseye staff in May of 2008.  Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in accounting from Ashland University.  Her responsibilities include data entry, invoicing, payables and other accounting functions.  Debbie lives in Strongsville with her husband Dave and her two sons.

Courtney Gillespie- Embroidery Operator & Production Assistant .
Courtney has worked at Bullseye for 5 years while attending Baldwin Wallace College. She helps in all production aspects including embroidery, printing, transfers, and costumer interaction. She recently graduated from Baldwin Wallace with a Bachelors degree in History and enjoyed playing soccer for the BW Yellow  Jackets. She resides in Hinckley Ohio.

Rene Heiser - Embroidery Operator & Production Assistant .
Rene has worked at Bullseye for 4 years while attending high school. She is now attending college and working part time. In addition to her production responsibilities she also works with accounting to help with job costing functions.

Marley and Ziggi - Shop dogs and Greeters.
Marley is a 10 year old English Springer Spaniel who has been coming to work at Bullseye for four years.  Ziggi is the new rambunctious puppy added in the summer of 2008 to the Bullseye clan.  They enjoy sunning themselves outside during nice weather and visiting with any customers who come to the shop.
