Here are some of the people responsible for our success.

Susan Heiser - President, CEO.  
Susan comes to the company with a bachelor’s degree from The University of Akron, a masters degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and is currently completing her work on a Doctorate degree from The University of Akron.  Susan helped found the company and is active in planning our growth and future acquisitions.  She is also involved in sales and marketing. Susan resides in Strongsville, OH with her husband Jim and their three children.

Jim Heiser - Vice President of Operations.  
Jim received a vocational certificate from Cuyahoga Valley Career Center and an associate degree in Graphic Communications from Cuyahoga Community College.  He worked for 14 years at a leading commercial printer in Cleveland before leaving them to pursue his goal of running a complete garment graphics company.  While at his former employer he worked as an estimator, customer service representative, scheduler, and production manager.  He was responsible for scheduling production for a three-shift operation, supervising the customer service  epartment and ensuring projects delivered on time.

Bill Bartilson - Production Manager.
Bill has been with the company 11 years. In addition to his responsibilities as production manager he also handles all in house IT responsiblities. Bill attended The University of Akron and spent 7 years with an industry leading telemarketing company processing time sensitive materials for major clients throughout the United States.  Bill resides in Fairlawn, Ohio with his wife Kelly and their young son.

Vickie Morgenthaler - Graphic Designer.  
Vickie earned a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Marketing at Bowling Green State University.  She handles all custom design requirements, customer identity programs, film imaging and  advertising for our company.  In addition to her design responsibilities she oversees our Direct to Garment printing department . Vickie resides in Brunswick, OH.

Debbie Genther - Bookkeeper.  
Debbie earned an associate degree in accounting from Cuyahoga Community College.   Her responsibilities include data entry, invoicing, payables and other accounting functions.  She resides in North Royalton with her husband Rick and daughter.

Matt Polocy - Production Assistant/Printer.  
Matt earned his vocational certificate from Cuyahoga Valley Career Center.  He started at Bullseye as an intern and after graduating from North Royalton High school and completion of his course work  at CVCC he was hired full time.  While at CVCC Matt earned a graphics scholarship and is currently attending Cuyahoga Community College working on a degree in Graphic Communications.  Matt lives  in Berea, OH.

Marley - Shop dog and Greeter.  
Marley is an 8 year old English Springer Spaniel who has been coming to work at Bullseye for three years. She enjoys sunning herself outside during nice weather and visiting with any customers who come to the shop.
