In the fall of 2018, Bullseye completed a 4,200 square foot addition to their facility in Brunswick Ohio. The addition was well needed and includes an area dedicated for vehicle graphics installation, along with expanded screen making capabilities. The new space allowed us to double the equipment in our screen exposure area, along with the drying and screen storage area. Bullseye’s staff was excited to have the room needed to upgrade to a new screen filtration system which helps to protect the environment. In addition, the new space allows for multiple rows of pallet racking so inventory, storage, fulfilment and order staging, along with shipping and receiving, can be more efficient.

Bullseye relies on the industry leading American Made M&R equipment, for their screen printing operations. The equipment includes both manual and automatic screen printing equipment for up to 12 colors and hat printing up to 4 colors. Bullseye supports their screen printing department with high tension Newman Roller screens and a Newman Roller screen stretching table. By using Newman Roller technology, the team can achieve more detail in print detail and maintain consistency throughout the pressrun. Additional equipment is on hand to ensure quality production in the press room.
Bullseye utilizes M & R for automatic squeegee sharpening and ink mixing. Both items ensure smooth production. Make-readies on press are more efficient because of the use of quick release squeegees along with the laser line up feature built into the press. In addition, Bullseye utilizes quartz flashes on press and a kool mist attachment to keep production moving so deliveries can be met. Color controlled viewing stations press side help to keep the final shirt looking the same as the original approved shirt and exceed client expectations.
Bullseye has graphic design specialists on staff. This helps clients who need creative consultation. If you are providing your own artwork, our designers will work with you to ensure that your artwork is sized appropriately and delivered in with the correct file type.
Screen printing artwork should be supplied in a vector based format. Adobe Illustrator is a common application for creating vector based artwork. AI, EPS & PDF are common file types that vector based artwork is delivered in.
If you have not identified Pantone or spot colors for your artwork, Bullseye's designers will help select the actual ink colors used in the screen printing process.
Digital proofs of your artwork will be sent to you prior to beginning the printing process.
Bullseye offers a wide range of garments like t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, and polos from top manufacturers like Nike & Under Armour.
A film transparency will be created for each spot color identified in your artwork.
Exposing a screen has also been referred to as burning a screen. During this step the screen is placed on glass against a photo sensitive emulsion. This exposure unit uses light to expose the areas of the screen where ink will create the image area.
Bullseye Activewear’s facility is conveniently located off I-71 in Brunswick Ohio, the largest city in Medina County. The facility is also close in proximity to I-77 and the Ohio Turnpike.
