Bullseye Activewear recently screen printed the jerseys for the Greater Cleveland High School Hockey League All Star Game at Quicken Loans Arena. The Cleveland Monsters hosted the event and turned to Bullseye to help outfit the players.
Past years' jerseys used a simple black and white version of the All-Star logo, but the Monsters wanted help producing a more noteworthy design. This year's logo was printed in 6 colors using 7 screens on our automatic press. The full-color logo was a big success by all accounts and achieved the desired result. The jerseys looked better on the ice, they gave the graduating senior players a more memorable jersey to keep and helped the Monsters to reinforce team branding. The full-color design allowed Bullseye to print the uniforms in the exact Pantone numbers that the Cleveland Monsters use which was another benefit in changing to a full-color logo this year.
Players' names were added to the backs of the jerseys along with their numbers. Past years only had numbers on the back so, by adding the player names, we helped to give the uniforms the official pro-style look and feel that the Monsters were looking to achieve.
